He was predeceased by : his parents, Malcom H. Privett and Bertha Privett (Billlingsley). He is survived by : his son Kevin Davis of Kennett; his grandchildren, Brooklynn Davis, Casey Settlemire, Perrin Privett, Daniel Privett and Jayda Privett; his daughter Angela Davis-Schluterman of Memphis; his granddaughter Michelle Tallant; his great grandchild Phoebe Tallant; and his siblings, Billy Privett (Brenda) of Kennett, Doyle Privett (Bonnie) of Cape Girardeau, Rodger Privett (Nancy) of Kennett, Robert Privett of Kennett and Helen Manning of Destin.
