He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Allen Cook and Betty Archer (Traylor); his wife Judith Darlene Wilmoth; and his brother Mason Jr. Cook. He is survived by: his children, David Cook of Kennett, Chad Cook of Fisk and Whitney Martine Cook of Niederwald; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Carstyn, Caleb, Callie, Cooper and Betty; his great grandchild Amelia; and his siblings, Judy Williams of Gobler and Wayne Odum.
