He was predeceased by: his parents, Faber Gibson and Lena Gibson (Cullum); his son Mark Gibson; and his siblings, Lelan Gibson and Faye Causey.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Gibson of Kennett, Missouri..
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery (1724 Southwest Dr, Kennett, MO 63857).
