It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Lavonne Starnes of Kennett, Missouri, born in Jackson, Missouri, who passed away on May 21, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Linda farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Linda is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman Dale and Ruth Smith Dale; her husband Ruel Martin Starnes; and her brother Damon Dale. She is survived by: her sister Betty Ruth Gardner; and her niece Beth Criner. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends including her church family.
