She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewey Bradley and Mary Bradley (Petty); her husband Johnny Joe Hazel; her children, Shelby Joe Hazel and Mary Joe Blais; and her siblings, Billy Bradley, Harold Dean Bradley and Brenda Milburn.
She is survived by : her daughter Deanna Sells (Bruce) of Jackson, Missouri; her grandsons, Austin Sells of Jackson, Alex Sells of Jackson, Jeff Blais of New Hampshire and John Blais of New Hampshire; her great grandchild Emily Blais of New Hampshire; and her siblings, Jeff Frazee of Kennett, Lee Frazee of Kennett and Carolyn Batchlor of Kennett. She is also survived by Other relatives and many friends.
