He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. and Mary E. Varnell (Vaughn); and his brother Roger Varnell. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Wilbourn (Shabazz) of Pocahontas, Trisha Varnell (Heath) of Pocahontas and Jennifer Cost (Ian) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Kirstin Pierce (Caleb), Ashlynn Pierce, Alyssa Pierce, Abriana Wilbourn, Aleece Wilbourn, Adonis Wilbourn and Shabazz Barber, Jr.; his great grandchild Jeffery Atchley; and his siblings, Bill Varnell, Betty Wilson, Kimmerlee Patton, Frank Varnell, Jr. and Eddie Varnell.
