He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Fowler and Enid Kinder Fowler; and his sister Tina Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Fowler of Kimberling City, MO; and his children, Craig Pitts of Henderson, NV, Kevin Pitts of Salinas, CA, Michael Fowler of Cumming, GA, Ja Nell Shepard of Livermore, CA, Daneen Heislitz of Roswell, GA and Rochella Axner of Tracy, CA. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
