He is survived by: his wife Sally Johnson of Kimberling City, MO; his daughters, Deborah Johnson of Nixa, MO and Diane Singletary (Nick) of Ozark, MO; and his sister Karen Domack of Apple Valley, MN. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
