He is survived by: his wife Annavee Duncan; his sons, Keith Duncan and Neil Duncan (Kathy); his grandchildren, Wendy Lewis (Todd) and Kyler Duncan (Chelsie); and his great grandchildren, Myla, Owen, Logan Lewis and Layton Duncan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kimberling City Methodist Church, where Leonard and Annavee were proud and faithful members.
