He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Pyles and Allen Pyles; his son Richard Keith; and his brother Larry Keith. He is survived by: his wife Murelene Jo Keith of King City; his children, Joseph Keith of King City, MO, Randy Keith of St. Joseph, Robert Keith of St. Joseph, Russell Keith of St. Joseph and Mary Cobb (Allen) of Gower, MO; his stepchildren, Cindy Rollett of St. Joseph and Kim Davidson of DeKalb, MO; and his siblings, Ricky Pyles and Rosie Embrey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
