He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen. He is survived by: his children, Greg Hammer (Allison) and Gina Lane (Jack); his grandchildren, Parker Hammer, Smith Hammer, Sophie Lane and Joshua Lane; and his brother Don Hammer (Debbie). He is also survived by his family, friends.
