He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrie Raymond and Vesta Bernice Waugh (Scott); his sister Gail Waugh; and his half-brother Dale Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Linda Waugh; his children, Lucinda Waugh and Doug Waugh (Jennifer); his grandsons, Zachery Waugh and Stuart Waugh; and his sister Reva Lichty.

Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberson Funeral Home - King City (101 N Prospect St, King City, MO 64463). A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the King City Cemetery (703 E Queen St, King City, MO 64463).
