She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip E. Crotty and Dolores L. Crotty (Hanna); her son Phillip Lee Slayden; her sister-in-law Lena Crotty; and her former husband Isaac D. Slayden.
She is survived by: her husband Kelly L. Hart of Kingsville; her children, Peter J. Slayden (Ashley) of Garden City, Krystal Slayden (Jeremy Mullin) of Pleasant Hill and Bo L. Hart (Taylor) of Pleasant Hill; her grandchildren, Kinleigh, Colton, Corrigan, Cooper, Kyla, Callum, Jack, Kamren and Callie; and her siblings, Walter "Butch" Crotty of Pleasant Hill, Dawn Crotty of Pleasant Hill and Jimmy Crotty (Kathy) of Pleasant Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
