He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Coffelt and Beulah Coffelt (Shahan); his wife Rose Coffelt; and his siblings, Diantha Coffelt and Joel.
He is survived by: his sons, Duane Coffelt (Tammie) of Walnut Grove and Kevin Coffelt (Tina) of Kirbyville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Tasha Hopkins, Caleb Coffelt, Kasey DelCour, Bailey Coffelt, Chaelyn Davis and Megan Morgan; and his brothers, Mike (Linda) and Dusty Coffelt (Diana). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
