He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin E. "Billy" Clark and Anna Clark (Gann); his brothers, William, John and Frank; his sisters-in-law, Mae, Dee and Mary Ann; and his siblings' children, Debbie, Dale and Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Larson; his daughter Jennifer McNeely (Chad); his granddaughter Ellen McNeely; his brother Paul; and his sister-in-law Pat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northeast Missouri.
