We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2024, at the age of 83, Cecelia Ann (Alberts) McLaughlin of Kirksville, Missouri, born in Keokuk, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Francis and Frances Ann Alberts (Kimbrough); her children, James Oren McLaughlin and Martha Lynn Jelmberg (Marti); and her siblings, Edward Alberts and Doris Burchett.

She is survived by : her husband James Edward McLaughlin; her daughters, Lisa Reid (Steve) of Trenton, MO, Debra McLaughlin (Matt Osborn) of Kirksville, MO, Catherine Sherrow (James Jones) of Kirksville, MO and Amy Forquer (Joe Shoop) of Kirksville, MO; and her grandchildren, Nicole Jelmberg-Brayton, Christina Jelmberg, Stacy Craig, Jonathan Craig, Christopher Craig, Melissa Craig, Kaitlyn McLauglin, Joshua Wilson, Hannah McLaughlin, Casie Wiggins, Matthew Forquer and James Howard McLaughlin. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
