Cheryl Renee (Sayres) Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Renee (Sayres) Cook of Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on September 3, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ercel Sayres and Mary Joy Sayres (Nicol). She is survived by: her daughter Nikki Hines (Spencer Hines); her grandchildren, Grant and Brooklyn of Tampa, FL; her daughter Laci Cook; her granddaughters, Maya McKiver and Clara Russell of Kirksville, MO.; her brother Ronald Sayres (Brenda) of Knox City, MO; her sibling's children, Derek Sayres and Marquita Sayres; and her grandmother Alice Cook.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the Kirksville High School Band Department (payable to Kirksville R-III; Memo Band) in Cheryl's honor, and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
