He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Richard and Christie Almira West (March); his spouse Lelah Mae Otto; and his sisters, Marian Cook and Maxine Crabtree.
He is survived by : his children, Gregory West (Alicia) of League City, TX and Marsha Hutcheson (Lee Overstreet) of Hurdland, MO; his grandchildren, Kelly Offineer (Darren) of Centralia, MO and Jeremy Sayre (Blair) of Concordia, MO; his great grandchildren, Kalee (Kevin Heavin) of Vichy, MO, Madi, Taylor, Gus and Allie; and his great great grandchildren, Kynslee and Kail.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Masonic Home of Missouri or Jewel Cemetery.
