He was predeceased by : his parents, Orville Bowers and Lila Bowers (Bergman); his brothers, Richard and Ronald Bowers; his sister-in-law Linda Bowers; and his niece Ali Neal (Bruce).
He is survived by : his sister-in-law Joyce Bowers; and his nieces, Amy Gaffney (David), Stacy Bowers and Kelly Bowers (Mark Bauridl).
