He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leroy and Willa Viola Fleak (Golden); and his siblings, Robert Fleak and Margaret Fetters. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Hall; his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Nicole Fleak of LaPlata, MO; his daughters, Mary (Jeff Perrin) and Cathy Fleak of Lowell, AR; his brother Alex Fleak of Kirksville, MO; his grandsons, Zach Fleak (Taylor) of LaPlata, MO, Andrew Fleak (Addison) of LaPlata, MO, Austin Perrin and Evan Perrin of Rogers, AR; and his great grandchildren, James Barrett of LaPlata, MO and Kopelyn Elaine Fleak of LaPlata, MO. He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
