He is survived by: his stepchildren, Penny Hooker, Patty (Supatra Patthumma) of Washington, Goldie Stanley of Thailand and Mike Cosner; and his siblings, Mary Shepherd of North Carolina, Mada Perkins (Bill) of St. Louis, Rex Stanley (Beth) of Kirksville, MO and Garry Stanley (Norma) of Kirksville, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
