She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carolyn Victoria (Pritchard) and Gordon Raymond Tobin; her siblings, Robert, Eileen Dinneen (John) of Cheyenne Wyoming and Janice Bowzer (Jim) of Windsor, Colorado; her stepchildren, Sara Elsea (Ryan) of Kirksville and Dr. Andrew Goodman of Murray, Utah; her grandchildren, Alicen Elsea of Kirksville, Emma Elsea (Tanner Schilling) of Kirksville and Anna Elsea of Kirksville; her nieces and nephews, Ryan Dinneen O'Neil (Sean) of Laramie, Tom Dinneen (Adina Johnson) of Denver, Elizabeth Dinneen (Jimmy Fisco) of Nashville, Laura Bowzer Arentsen (Matthew) of Lafayette, Colorado and Kyle Bowzer (Kristen) of Midland, Texas.; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mae, Bea O'Neil, Daniel Arentsen, Hudson and Hallie Bowzer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Playle-Rimer-Millard Family Funeral Chapel (2100 E Shepherd Ave, Kirksville, MO 63501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
