He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis E. Gregory and Lola O. Gregory (Filkins); his daughter Vickie Lynn Gregory; and his siblings, Oral "Toad" Gregory, Dennis "Doc" Gregory, Richard "Dick" Gregory, Carlos Wayne "Pete" Gregory, Luella "Sis" Grgurich, Lucille "Cile" Mihalovich, Nettamae Kepheart, Pauline Gregory, Colleen "Coke" Moore and Phyllis Dolan.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Ann Gregory of Overland Park; his grandson Dylan Scott Gregory; and his great grandchild Avery Rose Gregory. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Church (1702 N Elson St, Kirksville, MO 63501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Cornerstone Church in Kirksville or to Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care of Kansas City and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
