He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thadius and Geneva Ann Clark (Truitt); his daughter Glenna Clark; his granddaughter Arabella Clark; and his brothers, Bobby Dean Clark and Danny D. Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Garrett; his son David Wayne Clark (April) of Kirksville, MO; his sister Peggy; his brother-in-law Jim Hanlin of Brashear, MO; his grandson Koltyn Clark; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Clark of Brashear, MO, Vickie Clark of Kirksville, MO, Denise Garrett of Memphis, MO and Amish.
