He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clark and Ethel Arline Leasman (Cohee); his wife Lucy Ollie Dalton (Bozarth); and his stepdaughters, Linda Clay Burton and Sharon McPherson Tarlton.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Sueanna Hannah (Larry) of Kirksville, MO, Brenda Smith of Cortland, OH and Joyce Cawthorn of Jackson, MO; his aunt Betty Meader of Mitchellville, IA; and his grandchildren, Dustin Hannah (Cynthia), Athena Melnicki, Jeremy Clay (Kimberly), James Smith (Amy), Robert Cawthorn (Melissa), Ryan Cawthorn, Brandon McPherson (Syrina) and Kyle McPherson. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
