She was predeceased by: her parents, James Isaac and Sylvia Johnson (Jackson); her daughter Michele Mitchell; her grandson Gabriel Small; her son-in-law Jerry Carroll; and her sisters, Evelyn Schnelle, Jackie Knotts, Alpha Glaze, Marion Abernathy, Dixie Green, Flo Etherton, Mary Joy Zuber, Fathe Johnson and Ruth Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Small of Memphis, MO, Melody Carroll and Molly Bogener (Lewie) of Kirksville, MO; her brother Jimmy Johnson of Gladstone, MO; and her grandchildren, Carna Jackson, Aaron Small, Lala Mahoney, Lanna Carroll, Josh Small, Letty Meade and Michele Hope Mitchell. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM.
