She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lorene White Hughes and Roy Simpson Hughes; her siblings, Eleanor Hughes Marting and Larry Stacey Hughes; her cousin Patricia Lehman (Cross); her children, David Victor Adams (Matilda Anna Adams), Elizabeth Annette Adams and James Hughes Adams (Sandra Schwab Adams); her grandchildren, Maggie Elizabeth Adams, Brooke JoAnn Adams, Mammaw and Pappaw; her sister-in-law Alice Auvenshine; and also Fisk.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fisk Presbyterian Church (412 3rd St, Fisk, MO 63940).
