He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fetters and Mary Delaney Fetters; his daughter Angela Armstrong; his sisters, Mary Rockhold, Ellen Gundy and Joan DeRosear; and his brother-in-law Harold Heinze.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Foster (Jim) of Tampa, Florida and Jason Fetters of Tampa, Florida; his grandchildren, Jonathan Foster and Skye Armstrong; his stepson Tyler Henselman of Kirksville, Missouri; his sisters, Betty Fetters and Mildred Klem; his son-in-law Ted Armstrong; and his sisters-in-law, Maxine Kirchner and Mary Montgomery (Kenny).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Catholic Church in Memphis.
