She is survived by: her children, Roger Clair Carlisle, Laurie Lee Carlisle and Anthony Paul Carlisle; and her grandchildren, Nathan Kofron, Jeanie Ingram, Luke Beverlin and Haily Carlisle. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
