The memory of Randall Edward Elmore (Kirksville, Missouri), who passed away on August 18, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Elmore and Guyneth Elmore (Selby) of Hurdland, MO.; his son Kayle Edward; his parents-in-law, Merlene and Leon Rogers; and his brother-in-law Bob Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Gyla Rogers; his daughters, Kimberly Wynn (Jeff) of Kirksville and Kassi Jones (Brett) of Columbia, MO; and his grandsons, Brody and Tanner Mathes of Kirksville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Randy's honor to Phoenix Hospice of Jefferson City, St. Judes Children's Research Hospital and the Parkinson's Foundation, and may be left at or mailed to Travis-Noe Funeral Home, P.O. Box 306, Kirksville, MO 63501.
