He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Robert and Henrietta Jane Fleak (Berry). He is survived by : his wife Helen Hodge; his daughters, Kayelene Fleak of Kirksville and Kellie Duncan (Nacoda) of Kirksville; his grandchildren, Kayler Lippert, Weston Smith and Kamiya Phanor; his siblings, Billy Murphy of Ohio and Dolly Midgette of North Carolina; his pet Punkin; and his friend Pam Choate.
