She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Albert Starchman and Nellie May Haynes; and her sister Vickie L. Hutsell. She is survived by: her siblings, Randy Starchman, Eddie Andrews, Thomas Andrews, Gary Starchman, Eugenia Luikhart and Jeannie Friesner; her nieces, Nikki Matney and Bre Andrews; and her nephew Robert Friesner III.
