He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Dunaway; his daughters, Wendy Wall (Brian) of Portola Valley and Calif; his grandchildren, Betsy, Charlie Wall, Will and Andrew Donnelly; and his brothers, Terry and Robert Dunaway of St. Louis, MO.. He is also survived by his family and many, many friends.
