Eileen Duffy Chapman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen Duffy Chapman (Kirkwood, Missouri), who passed away on June 3, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Maureen Duffy Sitter and Kevin Duffy; and her parents, Dr. Francis Duffy and Eithne Duffy. She is survived by: her husband Dan Chapman; her sister-in-law Di Chapman-Coleman (Tim); her nieces and nephews, Scout Chapman (Laramie) and Michael Chapman (Jaimee); her granddaughter Norah Chapman; her brothers, Gerard Duffy (late Kathleen), Brian Duffy (Katharine) and Paul Duffy; her nieces, April Davis (John), Sara Swartz (Andrew) and Madeleine Duffy; and her nephew Frank Duffy.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the The Shack (731 S Lindbergh Blvd, Frontenac, MO 63131).
