She is survived by: her children, Paul Cook (Linda), Suzanne Pfeffer (Greg), Carolyn Stack, Mark Cook and David Cook (Sally); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Mary, Daniel, Amy, Brett, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Ashley, Josh, Andrew and Alex; her nieces and nephews, Chrissy Fitchett, Darice Kelley and Christine Sarason; and her close friend Barb Costigan.
