We announce the death of Gayle Woolf (Kirkwood, Missouri), who passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 78. Gayle will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Woolf; her daughter Alexis Woolf; and her parents, Glennon Chouquette and Edna Chouquette (Harmsen). She is survived by: her children, Jessica Schutte (Aaron) and Benjamin Woolf (Andrea Creus); her grandchildren, Bryce Schutte, Abigayle Schutte and Apollo Woolf; her sister Jean Chouquette (Gerry Richardson); and her nieces, Chloe Seitz (Matthew) and Simone Richardson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bopp Chapel (10610 Manchester Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
