Hildegarde B. McAllister Obituary
We bid farewell to Hildegarde B. McAllister of Kirkwood, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 27, 2025 at the age of 94. Hildegarde touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Hildegarde may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Hildegarde touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Bühning and Marie "Mimi" Bühning; and her husband James McAllister. She is survived by: her sons, Clarke McAllister (Nancy Connor) and Scott McAllister (Susan); her grandchildren, Ian, Caitlin, Ryan and Grace McAllister; and her great grandchild Pippa.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (10301 Big Bend Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122).
