He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Washburn and Frieda Washburn; and his sister Betty Dace. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Washburn; and his children, Richard Washburn (Vicki), Elaine Sheppard (Mark), Michelle Freeman (Dave) and Christin Hovis. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
