He is survived by: his stepson Philip Meadows (Pamela O'Dell); his grandson Kevin Crist; his granddaughter-in-law Jennifer; his great grandchild Ellis Scott Crist; his nephews, Shamus Nolan, Shawn Nolan and John Nolan; and his niece Kathryn Nolan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
