He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Phillipe and Alice Phillipe; and his sisters-in-law, Carole Phillipe, Mary Joan Driscoll and Rosemary Manning.
He is survived by: his sibling Lambda Chi Alpha; his children, Michael and Allison (A. Stephen Martindale Jr.); his wife Patricia Manning Phillipe; his siblings, Dennis Phillipe (Maureen) and Charlene Creeden (Robert); and his parents-in-law, Eleanor, James Kelleher, David Driscoll, Elizabeth, Tom Manning, Wendy, Russell Manning, Kevin Manning, Susan Manning and James Paterson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
