He is survived by: his wife Mary Sargent O'Toole; his children, Kelly Hughes (Tom), Joseph P. O'Toole (Heather), Thomas O'Toole (Jodie) and Timothy O'Toole (Jennifer Hart); his grandchildren, Molly, Lucy, Finn, Quinn O'Toole, Braden, Liam and Declan O'Toole; his sister Maureen Meyer (Ed); his siblings-in-law, Jim Sargent (Kathy) and Beth Sargent (late Robert); and his sibling's children, Edward Meyer (Claire), Andrew Meyer (Andrea), Alex Meyer (Madison), Beth Andreski (Ken) and Ben Harrison (Julie).
