He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Walters and Marjorie Walters; his in-laws, Robert and Olga Dunigan; his brother-in-law David Blickenstaff; and his nieces, Kelly Walters and Debbie Gist.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Elizabeth Gorsuch (Chad), Robert and Dillia Brooks (Tommy); his grandchildren, Sydney, Steven Gorsuch and Thomas; his children, Ruthie and Isla Brooks; his siblings, Charles Walters, Eugene Walters (Alicia) and Ann Blank (Ernie); and his brothers-in-law, Robert (Dillia) and Timothy Dunigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Autism Speaks.
