He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jean Sutter (Mulroy); his sister Grace Clooney (Sutter); and his parents, Leslie Sutter and Martha Sutter (Healy). He is survived by: his children, Julie Sutter, Mary Ellen Schoessel (Jay) and Michael T. Sutter (Traci); his grandchildren, Madalyn "Maddie" Schoessel, Zachary "Zach" Schoessel, Charles "Charlie" Sutter, William "Will" Sutter and Andrew Schoessel (Michelle); and his sister Betty Gavin (Sutter).
