She was predeceased by: her husband Herman G. Philips, Jr.; her close friend John Chupp; and her brother Walter Ford. She is survived by: her children, Donald Lowry Philips (Reine), Richard Ford Philips (Mary) and Carol Philips Svihra (James); her grandchildren, Whitney Megan Philips and Sydney Kaelyn Philips; and her sister Louise Ralph. She is also survived by mother for her children and grandchildren.
