He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly J. McNeely; his parents, Paul McNeely and Grace McNeely (Masterson); and his siblings, Franklin McNeely and Margaret Bunting.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jane McNeely of Dallas, TX and Jill Braucher (Mike) of Ogden, UT; and his grandchildren, Grace and Will Braucher.
