He was predeceased by: his father Ben Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Ben W. Johnson (Debra), Robin Dusang (Marc) and Anne Puhalovich (Robert); his siblings' children, Ben D. (Stephanie), Andrew (Hannah), Kevin (Sarah), Robert, Jack and Ellen; and his great-nephews, Ben A. and Michael.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
