He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his family, Elizabeth Fowler (David), Katherine Smith (Kim) and Robert Koch (Julie); his grandchildren, Michael Fowler (Kelly), Haley Stoeckel (Cody), Robert Fowler (Paige) and Stephen Fowler (Betsy Martin); and his family, Jeffrey Smith (Vanessa), Loren Locke (Ryan), Virginia Swartz (Jon), Andrew Koch (Megan), Charlie Koch, Ryan Malone, Jack Koch and Heather Lenart. He is also survived by Greats'-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be given to the First Presbyterian Church of Kirkwood, or the Historic Kirkwood Train Station Foundation, 110 West Argonne Drive, Kirkwood, Missouri, 63122.
