He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse L. Murphy and Avis G. Murphy; his brother Jimmy L. Murphy; Doris, Elmer Leeker, David and Jason Leeker.
He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Leeker; his nephew Jimmy L Murphy (Cheryl); his great-niece Hope; his great-nephew Kale; his siblings-in-law, Suzette Leeker and Bill (Linda); and his cousin Doug Murphy (Valerie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
