He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Hickey and Aurelia V. Hickey (Stillman); his niece Melissa Barbee; and his nephew Joseph R. Kaiser. He is survived by: his friend Bob; his wife Catherine P. Hickey (Grycuk); his children, Barbara Hickey Elierman (John), Michael Hickey and Elizabeth Hickey Maschak (John "Jay" Buback); his grandchildren, John Thomas, Anna Eilerman, Steven, Meah and James Maschak; his siblings, Thomas H. Hickey Patrick H. (Jennette) and Jeanann Barbee (George); his niece Dena Barbee; and his nephew Mark Barbee. He is also survived by cousins, In-laws and cherished friends.
