It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bernard Morgenthaler (Kirkwood, Missouri), who passed away on April 20, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Joseph Morgenthaler and Ida May Ellerbrock Morgenthaler; his former wife Rita Riley Morgenthaler; and his brothers, Eugene, Albert Jr. and John Morgenthaler.

He is survived by: his children, Anne (late John Fisher), Mike (Allison), Albert (Danielle), Lucy and Emilie; and his grandchildren, Patrick Fisher, Kathleen Baldwin (Geoff), Marie, Leandra, Ann and Michael (Margaret Delaney).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shrine of Saint Joseph Catholic Church or Mother of Good Counsel Home in St. Louis.
